Aging Well Through Proper Posture

Probably not many women know that there’s a really easy way to look younger, more beautiful, and feel better and it’s totally free. This anti-aging secret is right posture. The way we sit, stand, and walk affects how people see us and how we look as years go by and in the process influences how we age well. Looking and feeling great is a big part of aging well. Your shoulders hunch forward and your stomach bulges out when your slouching which will in turn make you look more fat. Having correct posture though makes you look slimmer and thus, younger. When sitting for instance, make sure that your buttocks is touching the back of your chair and your feet is flat on the ground. To make you more comfortable, your ergonomic chair should have a memory foam seat cushion.
