Many couples are surprised to find that when they decide to get pregnant, that things don’t always work out as planned. There are lots of different things that can impact fertility, and some of them are mild issues that can be easily treated, but some of them are more serious problems. For women, as you might expect, there are lots of different possible fertility issues. Ovulation problems in women seem to be extremely common. PCOS and endometriosis are both medical conditions that can affect fertility.

Some women also have problems with egg supply, otherwise known as ovarian reserve, and egg quality, just to name a few. There are also several different fertility issues that can affect men. Some men have problems with sperm count, sperm motility, or sperm quality. Some men have physical issues that can affect the delivery of sperm. Some couples have fertility issues that can not be determined and are classified as unexplained infertility.     Your right sometimes this is the reason why couples are decided to let go of each other because of fertility problems.
